The Cham people’s Kate Festival takes place annually in three days on the first day of the seventh month by Cham calendar (usually falls on the three days of the end of the ninth month or in the first three days of the tenth month by solar calendar) on a large area, from towers to villages to each family in Phuoc Huu Commune, Ninh Phuoc District, Ninh Thuan Province. This is the most unique festival of the Cham community. It is not only a chance for the participants to admire the ancient Cham Towers but is where the participants can enjoy unique folk singing, dancing and music. The festival serves as evidence for the cultural richness of the Vietnamese.
